Service, Delivery, Cancellations, and Payments
There are 4 ways to have food catered from Appleton Catering
1. Pick up your food at Appleton Catering. Be your own caterer!
2. Have Appleton Catering deliver your food anywhere in the tri-state area.
3. Buffet Attendants can be added to delivery service for casual events.
4. Have your event catered "full service" with our staff for more formal events.
Customer Pick-up at Appleton Catering
Your food will be refrigerated and oven ready, unless you specify that you want it warm. We will even load your car for you. You only pay food cost. This may be many different foods to be served at different temperatures, so make sure you have chafing dishes or an oven to finish heating your food to serving temp after pick up. Please ask for advice about heating your food.
$30 Cold Drop-Off- up to 10 miles. (11 to 100 miles charged additional.)
$50 Warm Drop-Off- up to 10 miles. (11 to 100 miles charged additional.)
Your food will be refrigerated and ready to heat, unless you specify that you want it warm. Warm food can be tricky.
Some foods may need additional heating at the location. If you don't have an oven or chafing dishes, consider delivery and set up instead. Please ask for advice about heating your food. Early morning, late night, or third shift deliveries are available at additional cost. Please provide a contact with a cell phone to help make deliveries smooth and easy.
$75 Delivery & Set-up up to 10 miles. (11 to 100 miles charged additional.)
Plus $20 per chafing dish
Please have all tables covered with your favorite linens ready to go when our driver arrives so your buffet will be ready on time!
If you need tables, chairs or linens, we have all sizes and colors available. Please get a quote for rentals when you order your food. Setting up a hot buffet requires more than a warm drop off, so we need a large window of arrival. We will arrive about 1 ½ hours before you eat. It takes about 30-40 minutes to set up an average buffet. We will supply all bread baskets, salad bowls, serving spoons, tongs etc. Our staff will have your buffet completely set up, hot, and ready to enjoy. You may return our equipment the next business day, or add our return and pick up service. Please provide a contact with a cell phone to help make deliveries smooth and easy.

Buffet Attendants / Bartenders / Grill Chefs
Buffet attendants will set up, maintain and serve from behind the buffet and wrap up any leftovers for you to keep. They will clean up the buffet and remove all equipment when finished. Buffet attendants are only responsible for the buffet.
Full service events include an event coordinator to help you with the details of your event. Servers, chefs, and bartenders are staffed as needed to help you in any way that they can to make your event memorable one. We can provide tents, musicians, photographers, DJ's, flowers, linens, etc. Please call to set up an appointment. In just 20-30 minutes we can get enough information to give you a written quote.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
A 25% deposit is required to confirm all orders. Full payment is due 7 days prior to event. There are no cancellations after full payment is due. Any events with full service will require final head count, changes, & final payment 14 days prior to the event. There are no cancellations after full payment is due. Your order begins well before you receive it. This starts with ordering food from our many venders, receiving, prepping, cooking and finally delivery. This is a week long process. For this reason we cannot cancel your food after the payment due date. It is suggested that you have contingency plan for bad weather. It you decide not to take delivery for any reason, as a courtesy, your order can be frozen and held for a later date for no charge, or we will deliver to a homeless shelter in your name with no delivery charge.
